Thank you for shopping with us. Please note that all our products are custom-made to order, and as such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.

Quality Control:

Every order undergoes a thorough quality control check before being shipped to ensure it meets our standards.

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a clear description and photo of the issue. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or design approval discrepancies once the order is confirmed.
